APPOINTMENT CANCELLATIONS

A full consultation fee may be charged if you fail to attend your appointment or cancel your appointment without giving us at least 3 hours’ notice. Children under 13 years of age will be charged $35.00.

Prescriptions are done at the discretion of the GP who may request that you make an appointment.

All Charges are subject to change without notice

Additional charges are made for extra time, services and materials for instance referral letters, travel vaccinations, minor surgery, longer appointments, well health checks, wart treatments, cervical smear speculums, ECG, Audiograms, wound dressings, lung functions test, nebulizer equipment. Patients will be responsible for emergency equipment charges where the need arises.

Our Accounting Terms & Conditions

 Payment is expected at the time of consultation. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa or Mastercard (a convenience fee applies to credit cards). We do not accept Cheques.

 Payment of accounts is expected within 7 days. We accept payment via automatic payment and internet banking. Our bank account details are on the bottom of our invoices. Please give your name or invoice number as a reference.

 Overdue accounts will be referred to a debt collection agency. Fees and costs of debt recovery will be passed on to the account holder.
